Refund policy

1. Returns Eligibility:
   • Unused and unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days from the date of purchase. 
   • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact. 
   • Personalized or customized items, perishable goods, and digital downloads are non-returnable.
2. Return Procedure: 
   • Contact our customer support team at the contact page email/phone number to initiate a return. 
   • Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return. 
   • If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions. 
   • Package the item securely, including the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided.
3. Damaged or Defective Items: 
   • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 
   • Provide details and, if possible, attach supporting photographs. 
   • We will assess the situation and provide instructions for return or replacement accordingly.
